meet Our Team
Collin Richardson - Head Distiller
Born and raised in Colorado, Collin grew up cheering for the Broncos and the Rockies. Seeking adventure, he joined the Air Force, hoping to explore the world—but along the way, he discovered a passion for whiskey. After a few years of service and a lifetime of new friendships, he found himself back in Colorado, starting fresh.
A stint as a budtender introduced him to the world of craft industries, but it was a role in production at a local distillery that truly set his path. With dedication and curiosity, he worked his way up to become a distiller, refining his craft and blending spirits with precision. Today, he channels that passion into creating exceptional whiskeys, always in pursuit of delivering a memorable experience for enthusiasts.
dae dallas - distiller
Dae’s journey into the world of spirits began with learning the art of moonshining long before she pursued Fermentation Sciences and Chemistry at CSU Fort Collins. Her passion for whiskey led her to an internship in distillation, where she immersed herself in the craft, refining her skills and deepening her appreciation for the process.
Now, she is dedicated to creating quality spirits that embody the spirit of the West—bold, refined, and full of character. To Dae, whiskey is more than just a drink; it’s a lifestyle, a way to bring people together, and a testament to the beauty of craftsmanship. Because in her eyes, making something beautiful is the best way to give back to the world—and a life spent crafting beautiful things is a beautiful life to live.
erin conti - mixologist
She is originally from Philadelphia and moved out to Colorado on a whim looking for a new and exciting experience. It was here in Colorado where she found her outright love for bourbon, and mixology. When she is not behind the bar you can find her on her dirt bike on the back trails of the mountains!
benji emery - mixologist
Benji is a decade-long bartender with a chemistry background that drove his love for creating new cocktails. Outside of work you can find him with his dog, creating art, or rock-climbing.
Michael varga - mixologist
When he’s not behind the bar offering up whiskey in place of emotional support, you can find him in the mountains trying to achieve the same with nature.
